Our apartment features a smart energy-saving system.
Whenever the card (the same one that unlocks the door) is removed from the power box near the door, the lights and air conditioners will automatically turn off.
⚠️ Important: do not lose this card.
Only with it can you open the door and keep the appliances on.
In case of loss, a replacement fee of R$ 40.00 will be charged.
Garage
After passing the "Bloco 13.1" sign and the "Ponto da Van" sign, turn right twice.
You will see a black garage gate. Park in the first available spots.
Use the first elevator and go up to the 1st floor.
